Seamless Onboarding with a Dedicated Talent Forge Supervisor

At Talent Forge Centre, we are committed to delivering a seamless and professional staffing experience from day one. Once you partner with us, we assign a dedicated on-site Supervisor to oversee the smooth integration of all staff placed at your business.
For the first four weeks, this Supervisor will attend your site daily during staff check-in, ensuring every team member arrives on time, is properly introduced, and is ready to perform. Their responsibilities include:
Assisting with on-site inductions for our staff
Supporting timesheet management and attendance tracking
Providing new workers with a clear site tour and role briefing
Acting as a liaison between your team and Talent Forge Centre
