Talent Forge Centre is a training, recruitment, and apprenticeship hub dedicated to helping individuals build skills, gain employment, and grow their careers. We also support employers in finding qualified, job-ready staff.

Our programmes are open to individuals aged 16+, including school leavers, jobseekers, career changers, and those looking to upskill. Some courses may have eligibility requirements depending on funding.

It’s our online learning and communication tool where students can access course materials, complete assessments, message tutors, and track their progress.

We currently operate across the Midlands, including Coventry, Leicester, and surrounding areas. More branches are opening soon.

Recruitment

We recruit for roles in warehousing, logistics, construction labour, administration, and more. Positions include both temporary and permanent opportunities.

Training

Many of our courses are fully funded through government programmes. Eligibility depends on your age, employment status, and location. Our team will confirm funding options during registration.

Yes! We offer both in-centre and online training. Our online platform allows you to complete lessons, quizzes, and assessments remotely through our student Portal.

You’ll have access to a dedicated tutor for one-on-one support, as well as career advice, employability workshops, and job application help.

An apprenticeship is a paid job where you also complete formal training. You’ll earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience and a nationally recognised qualification.

Apprenticeships typically last between 12–24 months, depending on the programme and industry.
