These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Talent Forge Centreโs services, including training, recruitment, apprenticeships, and digital platforms such as the student portal and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
Our services are available to individuals aged 16 and over. For learners under 18, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.
2. Service Access and User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
- Treat staff, tutors, and other learners with respect and professionalism
- Use the student portal and online tools responsibly
- Not misuse, hack, or interfere with any online systems or learning resources
Access to services may be suspended or withdrawn in cases of misuse, misconduct, or breach of policy.
3. Enrolment, Courses, and Assessments
By enrolling in a course or apprenticeship, you agree to:
- Attend sessions or complete online materials regularly
- Submit coursework and assessments by the given deadlines
- Maintain academic integrity (no cheating, plagiarism, or dishonest conduct)
Failure to meet participation or conduct standards may lead to withdrawal from the programme.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, branding, and digital content belong to Talent Forge Centre or its licensors. You may not copy, share, or distribute materials without written permission.
5. Privacy and Data Use
We process all personal data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data for legitimate purposes including education, employment, and safeguarding. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Use of Online Services
Access to our online learning portal is a privilege. You agree to:
- Use your login details responsibly and not share them
- Respect the online learning environment and community standards
- Report any technical issues or inappropriate content to support staff
7. Health & Safety and Safeguarding
Talent Forge Centre adheres to all Health and Safety laws under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Safeguarding policies for learners, especially those under 18 or vulnerable. You agree to:
- Follow all safety guidelines provided during training
- Report any concerns to your tutor or designated safeguarding officer
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, you agree to follow our official Complaints Procedure. We will attempt to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. If unresolved, external escalation may be made to relevant bodies such as the ESFA or ACAS.
9. Limitation of Liability
Talent Forge Centre is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of data due to system failure
- Personal injury unless caused by proven negligence
We aim to provide accurate and reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all systems at all times.
10. Amendments
Talent Forge Centre reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and emailed to registered users.
